Inter-School Poster-making Competition — AHGS

Acky.poster.11.8 (2)An Inter–School Poster-making competition was organized at Auckland House School on the on the occasion of our Sesquicentennial celebrations. A presentation on Contemporary Art was given by Pooja Bahri, one of the judges for the competition. Bahri is an accomplished painter and sculptor whose art video won the Gold Medal for India at Florence. The second judge was Sudarshan Kumar Sharma, Lecturer of Commercial Art at Rajkiya  Kanya  Maha Vidyalaya, Shimla.

The first, second and third positions were bagged by Auckland Acky.poster.11.8 (1)House, D.A.V. Lakkar Bazar and Dayanand Public School respectively. A consolation prize was awarded to Auckland House School for Boys.
