It is often said that art and love are the same thing; It’s the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you and students of Auckland House Girls got an opportunity to experience life in the aforesaid statement as they came face to face with Pooja Bhari, a well known artist. Pooja organized a workshop to guide students about various painting techniques that might come handy for them during their journey to becoming an artist. She showed various blends and right use of paints and brushes to paint a brand new reality for people to see.

Students were seen taking keen interest and observing minute details Aucky.Paintg.12.8 (2)as Pooja demonstrated her painting skills in front of them. They all understood that the aim of every artist should be to arrest a motion, which is life, by artificial means and hold it fixed so that a hundred years later, when a stranger looks at it, it moves again since it is life.

The day concluded on a happy note as students felt more confident as an artist and felt that they have taken a small step towards their goal of becoming an artist.
