Launching Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana 2023-24

In a bid to nurture the passion for philately and encourage research in stamps, the Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana is set to roll out for the fiscal year 2023-24. This scholarship scheme, aptly named Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby (SPARSH), aims to engage stamp enthusiasts in a meaningful pursuit while offering them financial support.
