This scholarship scheme, aptly named Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby (SPARSH), aims to engage stamp enthusiasts in a meaningful pursuit while offering them financial support.

The timeline for the SPARSH 2023-24 initiative has been strategically planned, taking into consideration winter vacations, exam schedules, and other pertinent factors. The process, from application submission to result declaration, is slated for completion by November 2023. Divisions are urged to adhere to the timeline provided by the Circle to ensure the seamless execution of the scholarship scheme, drawing from the valuable lessons learned in previous years.

To make this event a resounding success, adhering to the provided instructions and timeline (detailed in Annexure B) is of utmost importance. Divisions are urged to focus on the following key points:

To make this year’s Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana truly impactful and result-oriented, strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) is paramount. The scholarship’s success hinges on concerted efforts to generate widespread awareness. The directive is to embrace a campaign mode, harnessing both conventional and digital channels to maximize participation. Moreover, the dissemination of high-quality photographs and short videos showcasing the philately-centric activities is essential, with a special emphasis on leveraging social media platforms to reach a broader audience.

As the preparations for Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana 2023-24 kick off, the groundwork is set for an enriching journey of scholarship, research, and passion for stamps. Stay tuned for updates as this initiative unfolds and contributes to the growth of philately enthusiasts across the nation.
