To make Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline-1100 more accessible and easier to the people of the State, it will be strengthened by adding new features. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed the Information Technology department to develop a WhatsApp Chatbot for the Helpline, which will allow citizens to access real-time status updates on complaints, provide feedback, request callbacks and register new complaints.

In addition to complaint-related features, the WhatsApp Chatbot will also provide information about various government schemes in both Hindi and English languages. “The State Government plans to incorporate technology in its functioning to benefit the people of the state. The development of the WhatsApp Chatbot has already been initiated, and this new feature is expected to greatly enhance the efficiency and accessibility of the Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline-1100, making it easier for citizens to access information and register their complaints,” the Chief Minister said.

The State Government is also working to integrate the Helplines of all the departments with the Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline except for emergency services. This move will provide citizens with better services and address their issues more effectively. Furthermore, the Helpline will also be utilized in the monitoring of stray cattle. The IT department has developed a mobile application that enables users to take photos and provide location information about stray cattle. This information would be shared with the local authorities, who can use it to track the animal and take appropriate action.

This application will include features such as GPS tracking, Geo-tagging and push notifications to ensure that authorities can respond quickly. The Chief Minister said that these initiatives demonstrate the Government’s commitment to improving services for the people of the State and addressing important issues. By integrating various Helplines and using technology to monitor and track stray animals, the Government is taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
