It is hereby notified for public information that the additions / deletions and corrections ordered by the Revising Authority /Appellant Authority to the draft electoral for constituency No. ( list enclosed) of Gram Panchayat /Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad of Distt. Shimla has been incorporated in the said draft roll or list of such amendments has been prepared in accordance with the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Elections) Rule, 1994 and a copy of the electoral roll so corrected along with list of amendments has been published finally.

2. The Director, Panchayati Raj Department, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh for information please.
3. The Director, All India Radio Shimla for publicity through broadcast.
4. District Public relation Officer Shimla for wide publicity though the leading newspaper having highest circulation in the District.
5. All the Block Development Officers (Except Block Development Officers Nankhari Rampur and Chhohara), Distt. Shimla for ensuring affixing this notice alongwith the enclosed annexure (A) on this notice board of the respecting Panchayat Samitis and all the Gram Panchayats concerned and also keep the electoral rolls available for inspection by public in their offices as well as the office of Gram Panchayats concerned.
6. Secretary, Zila Parishad for affixing this notice on the notice board of Zila Parishad Shimla and keeping electoral of Distt. available in the Office.
7. All the Panchayat Secretaries of District (through Block Development Officers concerned) for affixing this notice on the notice board of their Gram Panchayats, other conspicuous places in Panchayat offices and keep electoral rolls available in their offices for inspection by public.
