SJVN, DPE Host CPSE Leadership Meet

SJVN, in collaboration with the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), has launched a two-day Orientation Programme on Capacity Building for Chairpersons and Functional Directors of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) at Dharamshala.

The programme aims to strengthen leadership and strategic capabilities across public sector enterprises. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Former Chief Justice of Uttarakhand and Telangana High Courts, alongside Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), SJVN Anil Khandelwal, Former CMD, Bank of Baroda; and Kranti Kumar, Assistant Director, DPE.

Twenty-two senior executives from various CPSEs are participating in the event, which includes seven interactive sessions focusing on leadership, governance, operational efficiency, and the evolving role of CPSEs in national development.

Welcoming the delegates, Ajay Kumar Sharma emphasized the pivotal role of visionary leadership in transforming public enterprises. He reiterated SJVN’s commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and capacity building in the public sector landscape.

The orientation aims to foster cross-sectoral dialogue, strategic insights, and collaborative approaches to enhance the performance and impact of CPSEs.
