Under CM Sukhu’s leadership, Himachal Pradesh is advancing people-centric governance by strengthening public service delivery, consumer services, and agricultural procurement. At the core of this effort, the HP State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited reliably delivers essential goods across all terrains.

Subsidized monthly commodities—including pulses, edible oil, and salt—reach nearly 19.42 lakh ration-card holders through the Public Distribution System. The Corporation operates 54 LPG agencies, four petrol pumps, and 47 24/7 pharmacies offering medicine discounts from 10.25% to 50%. It also supplies essential materials—such as cement, pipes, and mid-day meal provisions—to various state departments and rural development projects.

Direct agricultural procurement connects local farmers to markets. The state purchased 21,127 metric tonnes of paddy during late 2025 and 4,567.50 metric tonnes of wheat in 2026–27. Under the Prakritik Kheti Khushhal Kisan Yojana, natural maize and wheat are processed and sold through fair-price shops as ‘Him Makki Atta’ and ‘Him Bhog Wheat Atta’ to support eco-friendly farming.

Advance stocking ensures uninterrupted supplies in remote, snowbound regions during severe weather. Public safety and institutional standards remain key priorities, highlighted by a 96% completion rate (242,027 households) for LPG safety inspections, structured employee welfare programs, and a dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell (complaint@himapurti.com).

The Corporation also provides ₹10–15 crore worth of quality food supplies to HPTDC hotels and delivers free rations and LPG connections to disaster-affected families. Through expanded infrastructure and transparent procurement, the state government ensures reliable public service across every region.
