Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his Birth Anniversary at Raj Bhavan. The Governor greeted the people on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas which commemorates the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India-Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
He said that Patel Ji was an epitome of national unity and made a significant contribution in attaining freedom to the country. He said that his life was dedicated to national integration and he fought throughout his life for the upliftment of the people. The Governor administered the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) pledge to the officials and staff members of Raj Bhavan.
