Auckland House School for Boys hosted its much-awaited Junior Section Speech Day on 18th September 2024 in the school’s auditorium. The event was graced by Mrs. Vinita Sood, Principal of E.C.I. Chalet Day School, as the esteemed Chief Guest. She was warmly welcomed by Mr. Reuben T. John, Principal of Auckland House School for Boys, and the ceremony also saw the presence of Mrs. Sunita John, Director of Auckland House School Society, Mr. Michael A. John, Founding Principal, and Ms. Smaraki Samantaroy, Principal of Auckland House School.




The program commenced at 10:00 am with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the spread of knowledge and wisdom. This was followed by a series of cultural performances that included music, dance, and other artistic displays. The event gave 339 students a platform to exhibit their talents, making it a vibrant blend of creativity, talent, and enthusiasm.




Principal Reuben T. John delivered the School Annual Report, highlighting the accomplishments of the past year. He shared insights on the importance of reducing screen time regression and praised the role of teachers, who are not just educators but artists and performers who turn lessons into memorable experiences for students.


The Chief Guest, Mrs. Vinita Sood, was deeply impressed by the quality of the program and commended the efforts of the students and staff. The day concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, honoring the meritorious students across various categories. The Junior Section Speech Day 2024 was a resounding success, celebrating both the academic and artistic achievements of the students while fostering a spirit of community within the school.
