Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna was celebrated at North Oak Public School, Sanjauli, with a great spirit of devotion. The students performed a beautiful devotional dance portraying Krishna Leela and the love of Radha-Krishna through a dance presentation.
Tiny tots from Nursery class depicted Lord Krishna and Radha as they danced on the devotional tunes of “Pyaara Kahniya, banka Kahniya”.
The whole atmosphere turned pious and sacred as everyone was mesmerized with the music and dance. School Principal and staff ended the celebration with the chanting of “Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna hare hare”.
