GNFPS16517 (5)The day that celebrated the essence of a mother is Mother’s day. One of those occasions that none of us can afford to miss. Mother’s day is something everyone can relate to people across regions, religions, castes, cultures, genders and financial status and have emotions binding them to their mothers.

GNFPS16517 (3)Keeping this bonding emotion in mind, Guru Nanak Foundation Public School, Mohali celebrated Mother’s Day to show their respect and express gratitude towards their mothers. Students of Kindergarten section participated in various activities held in the school.

In card making activity, students made greeting cards for their mothers. Students recited poems in Hindi and English. GNFPS16517 (4)Harkirat Kaur, Khuspreet Kaur, Manreet Kaur, Gurnoor Singh, Sukhmanpreet Singh, Kirandeep, Gagan, Yuvraj and Sourav mesmerized all with their recitation.

School Principal Poonam Sharma congratulated and appreciated the efforts of all the students.
