A declamation competition based on the topic “My Dream – Corruption Free India” was organized by Deepak Project in St. Thomas’ School, Shimla. The competition was held to mark the celebration of the Vigilance Awareness week.
“Corruption Free India” was the main topic for the day in which students from Classes VII and VIII participated with full zeal and fever. Each student expressed his / her views on the topic with clarity and full confidence. They impressed the listeners with their views and forced them to contemplate on the ongoing situation in our nation and how much effort is required to make India a better place.
During the occasion Project Deepak’s Commandant Rajeev Dua and Director Jaswal were present who appreciated the efforts and views presented by the students. Rajeev stressed that students are the future of the Nation and their views can make a big difference in shaping the destiny of India. He suggested them all to think wisely and make sure they do their part as a responsible citizen.
