Aucky Boys Celebrate their Fitness

AHBS.23.4.16Students of Auckland House School for Boys celebrated their fitness in a form of the Junior Section Sports Day held in the school premises here today. Ashish Kohli, Additional Director, Elementary Education, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, graced the occasion as the chief guest and while expressing his views on the day he said that it was indeed a great pleasure to be part of such an energetic day. He emphasized on the importance of sports in an individual’s life and congratulated the school for organizing such a great event.

School Principal Michael A John warmly greeted the chief guest and parents as he highlighted the importance of parent’s presence in the child’s life. Such events means a lot for children and especially when parents are present, they feel more encouraged.

AHBS.23.4.16aDuring the event, more than 300 students participated in various races, including Toy Car Race, Nursery A Group I winners were   – Vyon Thakur stood first, Jahan Jaswal second and Samar Sing stood third. Toy Group II – Manthan Verma first, Rejal Chauhan second, Kul Uday Vansh third.

Toy Car Race Nursery B Group I – Ananjay Singh stood first, Arya Veer second and Yugveer Chauhan stood third. Group II – Advit Chauhan stood first, Adrit Bhardwaj second and Sonil Sharma stood third.

Bracelet Race LKG A Group I – Vibhor Aditya first, Samarth Raj second, Harnimit Singh third. Group II – Maulik Patiyal, Ayan Dhanta and Himanshu Thakur came first, second and third respectively.

Watering the Plant Race LKG B Group I – Shashiv Thakur first, Utkarsh Bhragta second and Ryansh Sharma. Group II – Aryaveer Kalta first, Yajveer Singh Kanwar second and Bisman Singh came third.

Ball Race UKG A Group I – Hardik Sharma first, Pawandeep Singh and Shimon came second. Group II – Nilgam and Chinmay first, Abhir Mehta and Pragya Sood second.

 Basket Race UKG B Group I – Pranav Sharma first, Aidan Gowhar second and Sidharth Grover. Group II – Aayaush Malhotra first, Savir Janaik second and Shashwat third.

Radish Race I -A Group I – Sanat Verma first, Arsh Dogra second and Yajat Chauhan third. Group II – Aaron Sood first, Shaurya Thakur second and Anisudh Punta third.

Glove Race I-B Group I – Pradyuman Bhardwaj first, Tanay Sharma second and Ahgad Deep Singh Third. Group II – Shaurya Thakur first, Atharv Kalta second and Kulraj Singh third.

Two In One Race II-B Group I – Pratyush Verma and Parth Chandel first, Dhairya Dutta and Aviral Awasthi second. Group II – Abhav Sekri and Ekansh Bhimta first, Naitik Tanta and Suhubham Ranjan second.

Treasure Hunt II- B Group I – Vansh Wardhan first, Sai Yashasav second and Ydhav third. Group II – Dhairya Veer first, Naitik Mandhotra second and Akshay Sood third.

Skating Group I – Nivedit Dogra first, Aarav Negi second and Abhinav Shirwan third. Group II –  Mohit Sood first, Moksh Chana second and Sanskar Panaik third.

Skating Musical Chairs – Yuvraj Singh first, Rishi Negi second and Arhan Shah third.

Principal John thanked everyone for coming together and making the event a grand success. The day ended on a happy note as parents as well as children were excited about their performances.
