CM Sukhu dedicated and laid foundation stones for seven major development projects valued at ₹34.46 crore during his day-long tour of the Arki Assembly constituency in Solan district.
The inaugurations included the ISBT Bus Stand at Darlaghat (₹10.17 crore), the Fruits and Vegetable Sub-Yard at Kunihar (₹1.81 crore), the Primary Health Centre building at Saryanj (₹1.50 crore), and a sports playground at Government Senior Secondary School, Chandi (₹1.02 crore).
Additionally, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stones for a 33/11 KV GIS Electric Sub-Station at Gyana (Mangu) worth ₹10.39 crore, the Danoghat-Sahjada-Neri Plata road link constructed at ₹7.09 crore, and a ₹2.38 crore ambulance road connecting Sintighat to Baandhar.
Highlighting the impact of these initiatives, Chief Minister Sukhu stated that the new Kunihar sub-yard will directly empower farmers across 25 to 30 gram panchayats by providing fair market access and better price realization. He added that the Gyana power sub-station will resolve low-voltage issues and ensure uninterrupted power supply for 10 local panchayats.
