Yoga Day Celebrated in GSSS Syri

Students of GSSS Syri celebrated International Yoga Day as more that 180 students and 30 staff members participated. Early in the morning, the enthusiasm and zeal of the students could be seen as they did the 12 round of surya namaskar, rotations, butterfly, tad aasan, vriksh aasan, arsh chakr aasan, shalab aasan, vipreet shalab aasan, dhanur aasan, noka aasan, pawan mukt aasan, sarvang aasan, and natraaja aasan.

Thereafter they all chanted ‘om’ and did guided meditation and learnt about the benefits of yoga.
