The Indian Flag was hoisted by the School Principal Rama Chauhan Raitka, and the Guests of Honor for the occasion were President SMC, Brijesh Thakur and Rajinder from Bharti Foundation along with parents of B.Ed Trainees Staff and student were present as 73rd Indeendence Day was celebrated with full patriotiz zeal and fervour in the school premises. The guests were warmly greeted by Ramesh Chand.
A cultural programme was presented by the school students thereafter to mark the sacrifices and bravery of our soldiers. Dr. Urmil Verma recited poetry on this occasion, Dr. Suresh spoke on the importance of Independence, and Arunesh Arya sang a song; as the whole programme was conducted by Param Dev. Master Kartik conducted a visual quiz for all present.
School Principal appealed to the students to respect the Independence which we gained by many sacrifices made by millions of freedom fighters. Se further added that the students should do their duty with discipline and rise for the good of the country.
